Meet Ashita - All of 16 years and already besotted by the profession of doctors. Medicine is where my heart belongs, love for food is deeply inherent and dancing lends me wings of joys...

Inspired by my parents and the famous TV show The Grey's Anatomy, I have taken my first step towards donning the white robe! My favorite characters from the show are Dr. Miranda Bailey for her attitude, Dr. Alex Karev for his work and Dr. Meredith Grey and Dr. Christiana yang for their camaraderie.

Idolizing various fashion bloggers and you-tubers, I have developed an interest where I end up adorning myself with garbs and jewels. It makes me presentable and strengthens my persona.

I become happy as a clam when I sense the smell of sumptuous food! After all, there is no sincere love than the love of food! - George Bernard Shaw

The Art of listening  Have you ever experienced the beauty of listening? How about trying after reading this ? Nature is mildly silent yet fiercely breezy conveying disparate feelings. In this cacophonic world where it’s hard to keep pace with words, we excel in the ‘lack of listening’, not realizing the secret marvels of nature that we are losing!  Isn’t it is hard to pay attention to the quiet, the subtle, the understated ? One spends roughly 60% of the communication time  on  listening - of which only 25% is retained! ‘Listening can be defined as making meaning from the sound which is a mental process and a process of extraction…’ as quoted by Julian Treasure in his talk  on ‘5 ways of better Listening’ , a speaker at TEDx platform.  But why are we losing  our  ability to listen? What are the reasons behind it? Certain technological changes are responsible for this in some ways: the invention of writing, audio recording, and video recording! In this nois
“Succcccccess” “ We’ll try again we’ll fail again because that is what progress looks like. Progress looks like a bunch of failures. And you’re going to have feelings about that because it’s sad, but you cannot fall apart. And then one day, we will succeed.”                                                                             ~ Grey’s Anatomy.   Although success does not have the 7 C’s but the show that has inspired the young medical talents all over the world - Grey’s Anatomy, a character of the famous American Series, Dr. Bailey has ‘Succcccccess’ in her dictionary, a dictionary which is adhered to by all her interns mindlessly. Don’t you think my spelling is wrong? It is not as one needs them to be successful. We will soon figure them out through the conduct of Dear Dr. Bailey C for Clarity -  Dr. Miranda Bailey, indolent yet determined; prompt and a non- procrastinator is quite  candid  towards her patients, interns, and her peer residents. She knows what

Silence is wisdom's best reply !!

The Beauty of Silence Pause, unleash, unwind, and surrender… How about a world where we float in an ocean of colours... Now imagine a myriad colours injected in you; from the resplendent to the ashen, from the see through to the clouded, from the pastels to the starks. The one we reflect isn't the one we are known by? Beg to differ? A magical phenomenon, non-palpable in today’s traumatising world affected my psyche in various ways, when I surrendered myself to the power of silence, in the midst of colours. Cyan ; a hue of calmness Fiery Orange ; a ray of hope  Emerald ; signifying spiritual aura  Lemon Yellow ; duping the gates of inspiration  and Fuchsia ; a perfect jargon for love… Silence is an antidote to listening. This realisation dawned upon me when I saw ' The Ink in Motion' in the midst of silence. This fascinating array of colours touched my soul and healed me from inside. It preached me how to demarcate calmness from dis
